Terms
These Terms explain the rules for using appswithsaas.com and, where applicable, Apps with SaaS products and services. Product-specific or store terms may supplement these Terms.
Effective: 14 September 2026
- Use the site and our products lawfully and do not interfere with their security or operation.
- Product pages should describe what a release does, what it costs and any important limitations before purchase.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or reduced by these Terms.
- If something goes wrong, contact hello@appswithsaas.com so we can assess the issue and the appropriate remedy.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply when you use appswithsaas.com, contact Apps with SaaS through the website, or use an Apps with SaaS product or service that refers to these Terms. If a product, subscription, marketplace or service has additional terms, those additional terms also apply to that product or transaction.
By using the website or choosing to obtain a product or service, you agree to these Terms to the extent they apply. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. Website information and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate, current and clear. Product availability, features, compatibility, pricing and release status may change as products are developed and updated. A product is not represented as released for sale unless its public release information says so.
General website material is information about Apps with SaaS and its products. It is not legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or other professional advice unless a product explicitly says otherwise and is designed for that purpose.
3. Products, licences and permitted use
Unless a product states different licence terms, Apps with SaaS grants the lawful purchaser or authorised user a limited, non-exclusive right to use the product for its intended purpose and in accordance with its product information, applicable store rules and these Terms.
You must not, except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source licence:
- sell, sublicense or distribute a product in a way not authorised by its licence;
- circumvent access controls, licensing, security measures or usage limits;
- use a product to infringe another person's rights or for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; or
- misrepresent an Apps with SaaS product, service or output as having approvals, capabilities or guarantees it does not have.
Open-source components and third-party content remain subject to their own licences and terms.
4. Accounts, devices and user responsibilities
If a product uses an account, licence key, device permission or connected service, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your authorised access. You should use supported devices, keep software reasonably up to date and follow safety or permission prompts that are material to the product's operation.
You remain responsible for information you choose to enter into a product and for ensuring you have the right to use that information.
5. Prices, payments and third-party stores
Where a product is sold, the applicable product page or authorised store will display the price and any recurring-charge information before purchase. Taxes, platform charges and currency treatment may depend on the transaction and the sales platform.
Purchases made through Google Play or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to that platform's payment, cancellation and account terms. Those platform terms do not remove any rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, if a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee you may be entitled to a repair or rectification, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
7. Refunds, cancellations and remedies
If you believe a product or service is faulty, materially different from its description, not fit for an applicable disclosed purpose, or otherwise does not meet a legal guarantee, contact hello@appswithsaas.com with the product name, purchase channel and a brief description of the issue.
We may reasonably ask for information needed to assess the issue. The remedy available depends on the product or service, the nature and seriousness of the problem, applicable law and, where relevant, the process of the store through which the purchase was made.
Unless a product or store offers a separate change-of-mind policy, a change of mind alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement. This does not affect rights arising from a fault, misdescription or other matter covered by law.
8. Support, updates and changes
Support arrangements, compatibility and update commitments may vary by product and will be described where material. We may issue updates to improve security, reliability, compatibility, accessibility or functionality.
We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, but we will not use these Terms to remove non-excludable consumer rights or to avoid obligations applying to an existing purchase. Where a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide notice where required and act consistently with applicable law.
9. Third-party services and links
Apps with SaaS products may link to or integrate with third-party services. A third party controls its own service, availability, accounts, privacy practices and terms. Unless expressly stated, a link or integration does not mean Apps with SaaS controls or endorses everything provided by that third party.
Where a connected service is optional, you are responsible for deciding whether to enable it and for complying with its applicable terms.
10. Intellectual property
Apps with SaaS and its licensors retain their rights in the website, product software, branding, original content and other protected material. Your purchase or use of a product gives you the usage rights stated in its licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you provide. Where a service needs to process that content to perform a function you request, you authorise the processing needed to provide that function, subject to the applicable privacy notice and product terms.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or an Apps with SaaS service to:
- break the law, facilitate fraud, harass others or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- introduce malicious code, probe or attack systems, or deliberately interfere with service availability;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information; or
- use automated activity in a way that materially disrupts the service or bypasses reasonable technical protections.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, legal compliance or service integrity.
12. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Apps with SaaS is not responsible for loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control, by unauthorised or unlawful use, by a user's failure to follow material instructions, or by independent third-party services that we do not control.
Any limitation in these Terms is intended to operate only to the extent it is fair, lawful and enforceable in the circumstances.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information through the parent website is described in the Apps with SaaS Privacy Policy. Individual products may provide additional privacy information where their data handling differs.
14. Questions, complaints and disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, support experience or these Terms, contact hello@appswithsaas.com. Tell us what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section prevents you from using any consumer-protection, tribunal, regulator or court process available to you under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, business practices, service providers or legal obligations. The current version will be published at appswithsaas.com/terms with its effective date.
Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or remedies that already apply to an earlier purchase.
